Why the same cup looks different on different bodies
Cup letters describe volume relative to band size — not a fixed “look.” A 34C on a petite frame projects more relative to the torso than the same letter on a plus frame. Use Same cup — compare body types to see that difference.
How to measure for a cup estimate
Use a soft tape. Stand upright, breathe normally. These steps feed the My measurements mode.
- Measure underbust snugly at the ribcage — this becomes your band.
- Measure fullest bust without compressing tissue.
- Enter both numbers; apply the estimate to left or right, then compare.
Volume, sister sizes, and letters
Sister sizes (for example 34C and 36B) share similar estimated cup volume with a different band. The letter alone is not a volume. Our 3D preview scales breast volume from that estimate and keeps body-frame morphs separate.
