1. The service we provide

SizeComparison.org offers free visual tools and editorial guides that help you compare dimensions and relative sizes—such as smartphones, paper sizes, television screens, luggage concepts, and height charts for people and characters.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue tools, datasets, languages, or pages without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We do not currently require user accounts for core tools. If account features are introduced later, additional terms may apply.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to disrupt, overload, scrape in an abusive way, or compromise the security of the Site
• Submitting unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content in comments or messages
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Using the Site to distribute malware or to facilitate fraud
• Interfering with advertising in ways that violate Google or other partner policies (including invalid clicks)
• Using automated means in a manner that harms Site performance or violates these Terms

We may remove content, restrict access, or take other action we reasonably believe is needed to protect the Site, users, or third parties.

4. Size data, accuracy, and no professional advice

Dimension and height figures on the Site come from manufacturer specifications, published references, user reports, and editorial research. We work to keep information useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every value is complete, current, or error-free.

Visual comparisons are illustrative. Screen scaling, image crop, device bezels, packaging, manufacturing tolerances, and regional product variants can all affect real-world fit.

The Site is for informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for official product manuals, professional design measurements, medical advice, or purchasing decisions that require precise tolerances. Always verify critical dimensions with the manufacturer or a qualified professional before you buy, build, or rely on a measurement.

5. Community feedback and user content

If you submit comments, corrections, or ideas, you grant SizeComparison.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Site.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. Feedback may be moderated and may not appear publicly.

Do not submit confidential business information unless you accept that it may be reviewed by our team and, if published, become visible to other users.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s original layout, text, graphics selection, compilation of comparison experiences, and branding elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, logos, and character names remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and comparison purposes.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of comparison links in ordinary ways. You may not copy the Site wholesale, republish substantial portions as your own product, or remove notices in a misleading way without permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, resources, or services (including advertising partners). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

8. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google. Ads help support free access to tools and guides. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to click ads fraudulently, encourage others to click ads, or otherwise generate invalid traffic. Doing so may result in access restrictions and can violate advertising partner policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIZECOMPARISON.ORG AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify SizeComparison.org and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your user content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy. Where consent is legally required for certain cookies or processing, we will request it separately.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the Site after changes become effective, you accept the revised Terms, except where local law requires a different process.

14. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the Site, or restrict your access, at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect the Site, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property terms) will survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SizeComparison.org, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.

Courts in a competent venue connected to the Site’s operator may hear disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.
